Refund Policy
Pear Tree Sales & Procurement strongly believe that you will love our products and service and therefore we offer a no quibble returns policy. Simply contact us within 14 days from receipt of delivery to arrange your return and refund. A collection fee of £3.95 or £5.95 will be charged to collect your return depending on your location or you can return your order back to our registered address at your cost. Once the product has been collected or returned in an ‘as delivered’ condition a refund will be made.
